1. product overview
Taking imported and domestic quality pigment as the main material and various kinds of resin as the carrier, the product is extruded through the twin screws and granulated after repeated treatments of various high reactive surface modifications, coupling agent and bulking agent.
It is habituated to various thermoplastic resins, like PE, PP, PS, EVA, TPU, TPE, etc. and is applicable to processing technique of extruding, tabletting, injection molding, blown film, salivation, spinning, etc.
2. product features
Our plentiful products can meet requirements for various product colors. The product properties are stable. Its excellent consistency with resins, dispersity, thermal endurance, color fastness and light resistance endow the plastic products with splendid color and appearance. Inherent properties of the plastic itself do not degrade while the product is being used.
3. use methods
The product should be fully mixed evenly with resinous polymer. Suggested addition ratio is 0.5%~5%, varying according to different product colors. Also, we can adjust the ratio separately according to customer’s specific requirements.
4. package and storage
25 kilograms/ bag, plastic packing bag with inner polyethylene bag.
The product should be stored in clean, ventilated, dry places, avoiding blazing sunlight. Damage of the inner packing is not allowed. Unspent product should be warped up and sewed up in case of the moisture which may affect the usage.
